Our day will begin by coming together in community and settling in to our beautiful space. We will move our bodies and practice an invigorating yoga flow that will energize and open body and mind, creating the space for what is to come.
We will then check-in to the beautiful Summerland Waterfront Resort rooms, and enjoy some time just for you. Whether you go for a walk along the lake, savour in the warmth of the sauna or hot tub, or enjoy some quiet time in your space.
Be prepared to be spoiled with amazing local food and the option of local wine or a lovely cup of tea as we cozy in and prepare for an evening of inspiration and fun, led by award-winning Makeup Artist and EFT Tapping Facilitator, Jenny McKinney.
As all nights do, our lovely evening will come to an end so that everyone can get a good nights’ sleep. Possibly draw a bath in the soaker tubs that are available in the suites. Or enjoy sitting in front of the fire and connecting with a good friend.
In the morning, you will enjoy a beautiful breakfast as we connect over some journaling time, a nourishing, restorative morning yoga class and a final session tapping in.
